For faxing, we suggest a font size of at least 12 points. You may want to type in the quantities, amounts and order information before printing the form. If you are writing your information, please use a pen and print in block capital letters. After selecting the titles you want to order, you may want to delete the lines for the titles not ordered, these instructions and other superfluous bits, which shortens the form a bit. You may also want to save the modified file under a different name. Print the completed order form. Sign it before mailing or faxing. Credit card orders cannot be processed without the card holder's signature. Shipping time will vary depending on your method of payment. The longest delays can be expected when mailing a check. It may take a week or two to reach us and another two weeks or more (10-15 business days - the banks' estimates, not ours) to clear at the bank. That could mean about five weeks before your order can be shipped. So please, be patient. Converting to Canadian Dollars ------------------------------ Many sites such as - www.cbc.ca - show the U.S. value of the Canadian Dollar as .8926 (used as an example only) on their business or money page. To convert to Canadian dollars, divide the U.S. dollar value of your order by the number shown in their listing. In this example, that would be: $18.99/.8926 = $21.27 So, this shows an example of the lines in the form above. U.S. Dollar TOTAL = $18.99 Exchange Rate used .8926 Canadian Dollar VALUE = $21.27 ------- ------- We do keep track of the daily fluctuations of various currencies and realize that fluctuations also occur during the day. As long as you are close, we will accept it. More Notes ---------- Hennie Bekker's music is shipped worldwide. Each country has its own schedule of taxes and import duties which may apply to your purchase. Being Canadian, we cannot prepay duties and taxes on shipments to other countries, but we must add the appropriate taxes to purchases for delivery within Canada. We were as disappointed as you when the promised scrapping of the GST didn't happen... and the HST is a whole other story... a very long one. If you are not Canadian, this is the wrong order form.
